The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management will provide PLN 870 million for investments in chargers and hydrogen stations.

On January 7, 2022, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management will start the call for applications under the priority program "Support for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and hydrogen refueling infrastructure". Thanks to it - as part of the government's electromobility development strategy - a network of over 17,000 charging points for electric cars and 20 hydrogen stations will be created throughout Poland. The budget of the program is PLN 870 million.

Local governments, companies, cooperatives and housing communities as well as individual farmers will be able to take advantage of non-repayable subsidies for the construction of infrastructure. The goal is to popularize zero-emission cars in Poland, as well as industry and services, especially in sectors operating in favor of electromobility, such as the production of chargers, hydrogen production, IT, etc.

Ready applications will be accepted only in an electronic version. They can be submitted via the Grant Application Generator (GWD), which is available at: https://gwd.nfosigw.gov.pl. Contact regarding the recruitment (asking questions) will be possible via the e-mail box: infrastructure.ladowarki@nfosigw.gov.pl.
